Billing Terms & Conditions
The following billing terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via our online store. Please refer to your contract for billing terms and conditions for Club, Corporate or bulk orders of Teamwear.
Pricing:
The full expense that a user will bear before and after purchase is reflected on the checkout page – the total amount is the item price + shipping (if applicable).
The full and final price customers pay is calculated automatically on the checkout page.
Online Payment Methods:
We accept payments for online orders via the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express
Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay & PayPal.
In-store Payment Methods:
We accept payments for in-store orders via the following payment methods:

Phone Payment Methods:
We understand that not everyone is comfortable with online shopping so if you would prefer to make your purchase over the phone not a problem!
Phone Orders can be placed during store opening hours:
Monday to Friday 10am – 5:30pm
Saturday 10am – 4pm
We accept the following credit cards over the phone: Mastercard, Visa, American Express
How To Place A Phone Order:
- Find the product you like and want to purchase online
- Call our store on 02 8668 5914 and we will walk you through the delivery options and process your purchase over the phone while keeping your details safe.
Alternatively if you would like to email us the details of the product you would like to purchase, we can send you an invoice via email.

Goods & Services Tax (GST) :
All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the Products as shown on our Site are inclusive of GST as that term is defined in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) unless otherwise indicated.
The Goods & Services Tax for Australia is 10% and is included in the product price. We are not responsible for any VAT taxes charged by your local country.
The final price will be shown at the time of check out.
Promotional Coupons & Discount Codes
At times, Itasport Teamwear may run promotional campaigns that involve using a coupon code to redeem the offer. These codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as the code has been provided.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or extend the value of the coupon code should you fail to enter the code at checkout prior to completing payment.
Delivery Charges
Itasport Teamwear currently offers free delivery for orders over $100 with an Australian shipping address.
This offer excludes bulky items and products that will not fit in a satchel. Any products that this applies to will have the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Free shipping applies to Standard Delivery only (Express Delivery excluded) for orders over $100.00 with an Australian shipping address.
Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address entered.
Charges for international shipping vary according to the shipping zone in which the country of delivery is classified.
International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
